Barian Style Chrome Theme

I discovered themebeta.com, a site that lets you make custom Chrome themes, and whipped this up.  I chose to go Barian emperor style as a compliment to the Astral persona I'm using in Firefox.  After a lot of messing with it, I finally got the frame, toolbar, and background image to line up so that you don't have to hide the taskbar to see the emperors without parts of their hair/faces being cut off(because I hate hiding my taskbar as it's where all my shortcuts are).
